Intel invites CS students to take part in a Projects management Workshop which will be held in two sessions: on Thursdays, May 5 and 12, 2011 between 15:00-18:00, at the Technion CS Taub Building. The workshop is open to all CS students and participation is free but requires pre-registration by April 28, including details as listed in the attached document, at: Intel.academic.relations@intel.com (vacancy is limited).

The workshop program will include:
· Projects management introduction – concepts, terminology and methodologies
· Project life cycle method
· Project Explore – charter, stakeholders analysis, ROI, risk management
· Project planning – Scope, requirements and time management
· Project development and deployment management
