Warm congratulations to Guy Bar-Shalom, a Ph.D. student in the Faculty of Computer Science, on receiving the VATAT Postdoctoral Fellowship in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science.
Guy conducts research in the field of machine learning under the supervision of Prof. Ran El-Yaniv and Prof. Haggai Maron.
His research focuses on applying deep learning methods to structured data, including graphs, neural network weight spaces, and activation spaces, with a particular emphasis on Large Language Models (LLMs). The goal of his work is to better understand undesirable model behaviours and develop methods to control them.
