Warm congratulations to Prof. Ron Rothblum on receiving the prestigious Test of Time Award at STOC 2026, one of the world's leading conferences in theoretical computer science.
The award recognizes his paper, "Constant-round Interactive Proofs for Delegating Computation," co-authored with his brother, Prof. Guy Rothblum (Weizmann Institute of Science) and Prof. Omer Reingold (Stanford University).
The Test of Time Award honors papers published at least a decade ago that have demonstrated lasting and significant impact on their field. Prof. Rothblum's paper introduced a breakthrough in interactive proofs by showing that the correctness of space-bounded computations can be verified using efficient provers and verifiers in a constant number of rounds of interaction.
