The Haat app, founded by Hassan Abbasi, a graduate of the faculty, was launched in 2020 and has since grown from 9 restaurants to 3,000, from four employees to 300, and from 5 couriers to 5,000, and is even planning to expand abroad.
Investor Ronald Cohen of Apax Fund called Abbasi "one of the best entrepreneurs I've met".
