Tomer Bitan, an MSc student under the supervision of Dr. Gal Oren, on receiving the Outstanding Student Paper Award for:
“UniPar: A Unified LLM-Based Framework for Parallel and Accelerated Code Translation in HPC.”
This work is a university–industry collaboration spanning Israel and the U.S., advancing an LLM-driven approach to translate and adapt high-performance code across programming paradigms and accelerators – paving practical pathways for performance portability in HPC.
The paper will be featured at the 29th Annual IEEE High Performance Extreme Computing Conference (HPEC), in the special session on “AI for Performance Engineering”.
