The 20th Faculty Programming Competition took place last week with the participation of 15 teams that tackled mathematics and computer science challenges that required efficient and creative solutions at the same time.
The leading teams in the competition will be invited to represent the Technion and the faculty in the regional SWERC competition to be held at the end of November 2025 in several locations in Europe (Lisbon, Lyon, and Pisa).
First place: Igor Ivanov, Uri Gabbay, Barry Weintraub
Second place: Namir Blanc, Maayan Salomon, Ofir Rabinowitz
Third place: Musa Abu Elhiga, Ramez Dakhla, Amir Khalaila
