Our group aims to derive a comprehensive and quantitative view of cellular metabolism by combining computational and experimental approaches. We are especially interested in understanding metabolic abnormality of cancer cells, its tumorigenic role and underling regulatory mechanisms, and how it can be exploited for therapeutic purposes. Towards this end, we practice a unique combination of cellular and molecular biology approaches, analytical chemistry methods for high-throughput metabolomics and isotope tracing, and computational metabolic network analysis.

Open positions for MSc/PhD students as well as for post-docs with experimental and/or computational background
