About the project
   Our system was created to help lecturers and other academic stuff with exams procedures. It manages a

   Data base containing multiply choices questions ,exams and all the results.

   The system was meant to help arranging and keeping a group of questions in a unique structure called the "Category

   tree" this structure was implemented as a folders tree and allow the user get to all questions ,versions, and categories

   in the system. Other modes that the application could work in are exams ,exam statistics and questions statistics ,

   which allow user to create ,edit, print and check exams that was created with the questions in the DB.

   the exam and questions statistics screen allow the user to get all required statistics from the already existing  questions

   and exams.

   The application could help the user with few more interesting features such as scrambled exams , sub

    categories , history versions and more that described in the Requirements document.

The application is working in four main screens ,switching between screens been done by clicking the screens buttons on the left view bar.

The first screen called the Category tree. this screen allow you to reach all data relating to the exams questions - while standing on any object (category, question version) you will see in the bottom section of the screen all its information. while right clicking on an object you could reach all important features such as new ,edit ,import export and more.

The second screen is the exam screen which been open as the existing exam list. while right clicking you can choose to create new exam, edit and delete exams , exporting , importing and of course get into the results view. in the result screen you can enter the exam results as been checked by assistant or load them automatically from a xml file. after finish load all students results the system allow you to export these result and work on them on a different PC.

while standing on any existing exam you can choose print and get into the screen that manage the exam versions creation and printing.

The third and fourth screens were created to allow user to watch and get all required statistics , in these screens you can choose the needed queries and objects from the top of the screen and watch the results in a printable tables in the bottom sections.

The system allows basic distinction between a lecturer and an assistant modes. the assistant mode only enable the result screen for inserting students answers to the system .

The application can and should be developed.
