Main Purpose:

The main purpose of this project is to help the graphologist to analyse an hand write.
The input to the system is the graphologist diagnosis of the hand write.
Through it's internal data bases the system analyse the input and output a report with the person charcteristics
The system can save time and reduce the chance to incorrect analyse.

General Description:

The system is built with MicroSoft Access and include Graphic User
Interface and Data Base that holds all the tables that are needed
for the analyse.

The User Interface:

the User interface is devided to 4 parts:
1.Personal Details of the person.
2.Primare test (Reliabilty test)
3.Main test (Graphology test)
4.Create final report

After part 3 the system uses it internal data base to calculate and print the final report.

The Data Base:

Until now the Graphologist uses tables,which are not convient to use. All the tables information inserted to the Data Base and the system sums the number of apearences of each mental characteristic. if a specific character apeared more than 3 times it is inserted to the final report.

Detailed Explanation:

User Interface:

This is the opening screen where the user can choose between open a new analisys or an existing analisys.
The system holds an archive of the analisyses,so the user can edit or look at them through the existing analisys option.

This is the main screen from here the user starts the analisys.
Each of the options are explained below.

In this screen the user inserts the personal detailes.
Not all the details are essenatials,but the system inform the user if one of the essentials details is missing.

This is the first separate test,"Reliability Test".After filling all the fields the user can produce
final report with this test only.

This is the screen for the second separate test,"Speed Test" and after this test the user can make the graphology analisys.

This screen is the main screen and it's containing several screens. The user can move between the screens (NEXT and BACK buttons). After filling all the fields the graphology test is finished and the
user can produce the final report.

The final report is the last screen and it's contianing the result of the graphology test.
When clicking the PRINT button,the report containing also the personal details of the tested person.
