Project in Distributed Systems
Media Streamer for Wireless Ad-Hoc Networks
Our project enables service discovery and video/audio streaming in
computer networks.
The project uses Bonjour technology for service discovery and VideoLan for
audio/video broadcasting and playback.
Our application was designed to work with netbook computers, and is light weight and power efficient.
The project was written by Shai Rubinshtein & Dror
Ya'akov as part of a course in the Technion institute.
The project was supervised by Professor Roy Friedman and Alex
Kogan.
To learn more about our project, see the user guide (Hebrew).
