Possible topics of interest are any that have a bearing on data mining and grid
technologies, including but not restricted to:
- Data location and matching in the grid
- Architectures for data mining on the grid
- Super-scalable distributed data mining algorithms
- Privacy preserving and security in data mining algorithms
- Authentication of grid data mining computations
- Agent-based data mining
- Data mining as a Web service and as a grid component
- Virtualization of data mining software
- Data mining workflow in distributed environments
- Applications of grid data mining to specific domains (e.g., finance,
bioinformatics, and health care)
Submitted papers must not have been published or currently be under
consideration for publication at another venue.
We are primarily interested in the algorithmic and architectural aspects of
data mining over the grid.
Questions about the conference scope should be directed to the program
co-chairs.
