Automatic plan changer

About:
This is a very simple program which enables you to change .plan file in UNIX. Every time someone will run a "finger" on you the message will change. This program also logs the time of a finger. The counter now survives system reboots, the program doesn't ;-)

Status:
The program works and there are no known bugs. Just look at the code, there are fewer lines then the smallest bug. You can change it at your will to do something better.
