Graph Framework

Status:
You can draw directed graphs, load and save them.
There is one algorithm implented : BFS :-) more to come though.

TODO:
Add support for undirected graphs.

Well , i decided to name it 0.1 since this is how its gonna be, i don't think there wil be any major rewrites anymore, since i'm kinda of tired of major rewrites. Anyhow adding new frames and new elements should be easy now, i have to check it someday. GNU Zipped Tarball
