To contribute my skills and knowledge to a research in the area of distributed computing.

 

Education

 

February 2000: B.A. in Computer Science, Technion, Haifa.  Summa Cum Laude (GPA: 94).

April 2003: Master in Computer Science, Technion.

Currently, I am finishing my Ph.D. studies in the Technion (GPA: 97).

 

Languages

Fluent in English, Hebrew, Russian. Moderate knowledge of French.

Java, C/C++, Perl, Pascal, SmallTalk.

Professional experience

1998-1999: VLSI department of IBM Research Lab, Haifa.

2000: 3-months assignment in IBM Research Laboratory in Austin, Texas, USA.

2000-2005: A teaching assistant in the Introduction to Computer Networks course, Technion, Haifa.

 

Research interests

High Performance Distributed Computing, Fault Tolerance, Utilization of Idle Resources.
