Abstract:

As a senior ex-manager at Microsoft, I will provide in this
presentation a window into some of Microsoft development and testing
best engineering practices and will specifically focus on "reaching
quality" and "agile development". Scaling software development
practices into large organizations (like Windows and Office) is a hard
challenge and I'll give a taste of how Microsoft chose to tackle it.
