It is about a response of a manager in Israel to his client in Denmark
that cancelled a deal with them.  This e-mail is not as ordered
as the one I had sent you but it speaks from the heart.
Let me tell you that this letter was translated to Hebrew
and is now running back and forth between many many thousands (!!!)
of Israelis and their friends, as it represents Israelis guts feelings.
