Orion's Description
Orion, a somewhat fat and shortish human, a priest of high rank
serving Rikkli, goddess
of the Sun and Light (and previously an equally devout priest of
another sun-god,
Darish). A quiet man and logical thinker, he plays a prominent
role in every decision
made by the party - yet his ultimate faithfulness is given to
the Power he serves.
Here's what Nir has to say about Orion:
A short, rather fat priest of the Goddess Rikkli - goddess of the
Sun, Light and the Soul - Orion devotes himself to bringing light
everywhere (at least what he believes to be light).
Mastering both combat and prayers, Orion is a trustworthy friend
and a deadly enemy. You will notice him by the large holy symbol carrying
the sign of the Aikis - Rikkli's symbol, looking like
- an inverted Omega.
He also carries the Amulet of Tsuranve which embodies the powers
of the Sun.
As a high priest (11th level in the hierarchy at the moment) of Rikkli,
Orion is determined to guide the Fellowship of the Flying Paladin through
critical moments according to Rikli's Way.

You may be interested to compare this description of Orion with an old one
(March 1993). It may be outdated - for one thing, at that stage Orion
served another sun-god, Darish (his transition to Rikkli came as a
realisation of the Divine Revolt and its consequences), for another, he
was an undead creature ("the Bringer of Light to the Paths of the Dead",
as the Frightful Thing would say), - but it is still very
interesting. Please look
in this document (look here to see the historic situation
beyond this description).
In the recent Game of Role Playing, staged by the Timelord of the Tenth
Layer, Orion chose to project himself as a warrior named Izormi,
based on the real Izormi, the landlord of the Three Dwarves' Inn,
Luwain's stepfather and apparently an
important person in the (real) Fellowship's past and future (whichever of
them comes first).
