CS Graduate Wins 2016 Doctoral Dissertation Award

CS Graduate Wins 2016 Doctoral Dissertation AwardCS Ph.D. Gaduate Shahar Timnat, won the 2016 Doctoral Dissertation Award of the ACM Symposium on Principles of Distributed Computing.

Shahar is the second CS winner of this new international and prestigious award, which indicates the outstanding dissertation in principles of distributed computing and he received it for his 2015 thesis "Practical Parallel Data Structures”, supervised by his Ph.D. advisor Prof. Erez Petrank.
