Dr. Nadav Amit, CS Ph.D. graduate (co-advised by Prof. Assaf Schuster and Prof. Dan Tsafrir) received the SPEC Distinguished Dissertation Award 2014 - an annual award that aims to recognize outstanding doctoral dissertations within the scope of the SPEC Research Group in terms of scientific originality, scientific significance, practical relevance, impact, and presentation.

Nadav's work was selected out of 11 excellent thesis submissions from universities around the world considered this year by the award committee.
