Chevening Scholarships for study in the UK - apply now !

We are now accepting applications for the Chevening Scholarship scheme
for the academic year 2009/2010.

Chevening Scholarships <> are prestigious
awards which enable Israeli students to study for post graduate
degrees at UK universities. They are funded by the Foreign and
Commonwealth Office and managed by the British Council.

All fields of study are considered, but priority is given to subject
areas related to politics and government, conflict prevention,
economic and regional development, law and human rights, environment,
media, business and economics, information technology and applied

Applications can ONLY be made online through the Foreign and
Commonwealth Office electronic online application system (e-Chevening)

Guidance Notes
for applicants are available on our website

The deadline for applications is 12 December 2008 and late or
incomplete applications will not be accepted by the online
system. Short-listed candidates will be invited to interview in
January/February 2009. Due to the number of applicants we can not
discuss individual applications.
