The workshop proceedings will be published by ICDM.

Submission of abstracts is not required.

Full papers in PDF format must be submitted by September 6th, 2004 (12pm Eastern Standard Time). Papers should be in the ICDM camera ready format (IEEE 2-column format), and limited to 10 pages of US "Letter" size paper (8.5 by 11 inches).
