Ayla Matalon
Executive Director of the MIT Enterprise Forum of Israel, also lectures about High-Tech Entrepreneurship on the Technion MBA program, as well as the Herzliya Interdisciplinary.
Previously an analyst at Steps Investments in Technology and Managing Director of the US-Israel Science and Technology Center (part of the US-Israel Science and Technology Commission, reporting to the Commercial Attach?), Ms. Matalon has acquired a good knowledge of the Israeli high-tech start-up scene and the needs represented by this sector.
Prior to that Ms. Matalon worked as a software engineer in a number of Israeli and foreign software companies, including Christian Rovsing (DK), the Technion Institute for Research and Development, Daisy Systems and Indigo (HP).
Ms. Matalon holds an M.Sc. degree in Computer Science (Technion, Haifa) as well as an M.B.A. (INSEAD, Fontainebleau; emphasis on Entrepreneurship).

Eyal Kaplan
General Partner, Walden Israel Venture Capital, joined Walden Israel in October 1994 and is a General Partner with the firm, which now manages close to $200 million in early-stage investments.
Mr. Kaplan focuses on investments in the wireless communications and information technology sectors.
Prior to that, Mr. Kaplan served for four years as an early employee and a Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development with Geotek Communications, Inc., an American start-up company that developed leading edge wireless technology based on Israeli technology and was later traded on NASDAQ.
Mr. Kaplan holds an MBA from the Wharton School, as well as an MA in international studies from the School of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania.
He also holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology.
Mr. Kaplan has lectured classes on entrepreneurship for MBA students at the Technion.

Yaron Baratz
Yaron Baratz, is the President and CEO of Septier communication.
In 1994 Mr. Baratz founded Phonet communication, the first company to offer IP PBX (solve in 1998).
Since then Mr. Baratz founded three additional companies.
Previously, Mr. Baratz worked for IBM US and Teledata communication Israel in various sales and marketing positions.
Mr. Baratz holds an MBA from INSEAD in France and BA from Tel Aviv University
