Prof. Zvi Kohavi
Prof. Zvi Kohavi is the Managing Director of the Technion R&D Foundation. He holds a B.Sc in Electrical Engineering from the Technion; M.Sc and Ph.D in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic University. He was a member of the faculty of the Electrical Eng. Dept. at MIT and had joined the Technion in 1970.
Zvi served as Dean of Electrical Engineering during 1980-83 and Dean of Computer Science during 1989-92; director of the VLSI Center during 1984-88 and 1997-98 and director of the Center for Intelligent Systems during 1995-96.
Prof. Kohavi served as director on the boards of a number of companies and was managing director and chairman of the board of the mutual funds investment company of the Maritime Bank (1995-96).

Orni Petruschka
Orni Petruschka is a high technology entrepreneur. He co-founded and managed two successful companies, Scorpio Communications and Chromatis Networks, both operating in the telecommunications equipment segment. Most notable is Chromatis Networks, a company that was acquired by Lucent Technologies in 2000 in one of the largest acquisitions of the sector.
Prior to founding Scorpio, Orni served in senior engineering positions at ECI Telecom Ltd, and at Bellcore (currently Telcordia), in New Jersey, USA, also specializing in telecommunications.
Orni holds a B.Sc. degree from the Technion, Haifa, Israel, and a Masters degree from Cornell University, Ithaca, NY, both in Electrical Engineering. He currently devotes most of his time to The People’s Voice initiative, a public initiative led by Adm. Ami Ayalon and Prof. Sari Nusseibeh that is aimed to bring an end to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

Sachi Gerlitz, Director Apax Partners
Sachi Gerlitz joined Apax Partners in February 2001, focusing on leveraged transactions and technology investments.
Prior to this he was with Comverse Technologies for 10 years. He served as VP of R&D; EVP of the Asia Pacific customer facing division; CTO; VP of Marketing and Executive VP of Business Development, where he led the major merger and acquisition activity of Comverse in the last two years.
Before Comverse, Sachi was a co founder of an AI based start-up PC-Etc and spent six years with Telrad Electronic Industries in various R&D positions.
Sachi holds an Electrical Engineering B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from the Tel-Aviv University and is a graduate of the Business Administration Program for Industry Management of the Bar-Ilan University.

Yaki Dunietz
Yaki Dunietz has been a hi-tech entrepreneur since 1978, when he founded Mashov Computers Ltd. a leading publicly traded Israeli hi-tech group.
Mr. Dunietz has over 25 years of experience as the founder, owner and CEO of public companies such as Magic Software, Mashov Marketing, Walla Communications and Paradigm Geophysical, as well as startups such as Enigma, Babylon and Artificial Intelligence.
Mr. Dunietz holds a degree in Computer Science from The Technion, and a degree in Philosophy from Tel Aviv University.
