George Borshukov
George Borshukov is the Visual Effect (VFX) Technology Supervisor at ESC Entertainment and recently completed work on "The Matrix Reloaded" and "The Matrix Revolutions". He is a recipient of an Academy Scientific and Technical Achievement Award "for the development of a system for image-based rendering", and have recently recieved a Visual Effect Society Award for the development and application of the Universal Capture facial photography technique.
Borshukov began his career in visual effects in the R&D team of the Academy Award winning film "What Dreams May Come". He served as the Technical Designer for the "Bullet Time" sequences in "The Matrix".
George studied computer graphics and computer vision at the University of California at Berkeley.
