About the Forum:
TechIA Forum’s objective is to promote entrepreneurship, develop innovative ventures and enhance the collaboration between the Technion and the Hi-Tech industry.

The Forum was founded on March 2002 and has been organizing events and activities ever since. Today it is based on a large community of over a 1000 Technion graduate students, faculty and alumni, all sharing the entrepreneurial spark.

The Forum’s events and workshops combine presentations, panels, open discussion and networking sessions. The speakers hosted by the forum are leading members of the Israeli industry, managers of venture capital (VC) firms and other professionals related to the entrepreneurial world. The speakers share their experience insights and views on the founding of new ventures.

In order to encourage learning and entrepreneurship, TechIA Forum is leading a novel annual Technion Entrepreneurship Competition – . BizTEC will award three grand prizes to the winning Business Plans and will assist the competitors to get started with building their own companies.

The forum’s intended audiences are students, faculty and alumni from the Technion and other universities, and anybody interested in entrepreneurship. Basically anyone who wishes to receive first hand knowledge from the leaders of the Israeli industry.
