Simple Buffer

A producer-consumer system with a single place buffer.

Distinguished items are produced , delivered to the buffer, removed from the buffer and finally consumed.

In a concrete instance , "to deliver" may stand for "to send" and "to remove" may stand for "to receive".
The items involved may be any goods , data carries , signal , news or similar items. We are 
not interested here in any particular one of those concrete instances , but in their common properties.
